Had to wait for Exynos 5 (5250 or 5450) release coupled with Mali T604 quad core or better still the latest Mali T658 that comes with eight cores :-))

Impossible, before it already leaked galaxy s iii is i9300, and I think i9800 is a tablet which have exynos v5.

but tablet code starts with Pxxxx. maybe samsung gonna reveal a new high end series?
