Yes after complaining & give piece of my mind. SA sudden able to get a car for me, although with toyota tinted. So I just take it as anyway I still need to tint in future.

Good Luck to you.

P/S: with HP Loan stringent, a lot of people loan not able to approve or cut down by bank. So plenty of buyer force to cancel their order.

Hi all!

Am also an owner of the PC here!
Ordered: 21/2
Collected: 4/4
Colour: Lime Pearl White
Add-on the DVD-AVN
Toyota's Ecotint (free for me thumbup.gif)

I think my car came in 1st batch as what my SA told me... managed to get so soon cos I know the Sales Manager and she skip queue for me cos I told her I urgently need a car! So she let me take those cancelled ones smile.gif

Freebies with my car: 1x umbrella only sweat.gif oh and a RM30 voucher for service.

As for fuel consumption, I think mine is very lousy! Average about 19km/l. I do city driving, with jam... and the battery always not enough to last in the jam sweat.gif So I need to pump the petrol like every 2 weeks. Same like my old Vios leh... no added benefit driving hybrid doh.gif

Already done my first service... also cost around RM100+. Should be standard price. Was given a RM30 voucher but forgot to bring it to redeem!! rclxub.gif

And yes... No autolock!! So annoying!! Especially for female drivers because it is so unsafe for us to drive out there alone! Someone please do post up something about autolock if it can be fixed! I brought to the SC, and they just say "no idea"!

Overall, driving experience is good. Very smooth ride. cool2.gif
Oh...and I kena bird poopie attack the other day in Bangsar!!!! vmad.gif It was SO BAD. Like every part of the car also kena!! I quickly went home and hosed down the shits like at 2AM... So paranoid it will leave "acidic" marks. Luckily now it looks fine.

Great sharing the experience here!

Added on June 6, 2012, 8:05 pmBy the way, did u guys keep getting harrassed by your SA after getting the car to fill up the survey form from UMW?
And force u to mark 9 or 10, so he/she can go for their overseas incentive trip??? sweat.gif i find that quite annoying.

One thing I do not like about Prius is that the back passengers are exposed to the hot sun. That put me off. Prius C is more suitable for Malaysia's hot weather because the area inside the car that is exposed to sun light is minimum. Therefore the inside temperature is not that high when you park under the hot sun

My SA promised to give me a full tank of petrol. On delivery day, he only mentioned that the car has RM10 petrol. When I reminded about his promise, he gave me another RM20, yet he was expecting at least 9 from me? Anyway, I gave him credit for fetching me to his company on the car delivery day.

1. no autolock, life sucks for us malaysian. juz have to make it a habit to lock first thing when u get it the car.
2. free tinting, benefits of being a girl. dayyum!
3. fuel consumption - it cannot possibly be same as vios la.
battery will not last in the jam of course. probably 60% of the time petrol enjin will run to charge up the battery a bit so in the jam its gonna be silent .. then whirr as the enjin starts.. then silent again... quite annoying also i know
but i believe its the way you drive also, u need to experiment base on what ppl here got post.
for me, gentle braking, moderate acceleration, cruise at constant speed, and wink at chicks when i pass by them. then i get 22km/L with a bit of hard accel now and then.

Not about the price exactly

prius is bigger car, different design, totally not a compact city car.

bro. if u manage to find ur parts pls let us know. tats what i wanted too. but i hard the high flow air filter not really suitable cos its quite oily.
*
get those high flow MF one...meaning no need to add oil for cleaning, just wash with water and let it dry.

as for bars, i am waiting too. Just walk around and see if Ultra Racing release or not..we all keep inform to each others ya

I don't particular a fan of exterior cuz for me it is waste of money. I rather add bars, filters, security system, nice ICE...
