Today I just pay booking fee for Prius C white pearl.Took a test drive and SA carefully explains all the functions of the vehicle.

Likes:
Silent starting engine mode (Start/Stop button)
Fuel saving vehicle (I was told by SA it is like RM 0.08 per km)
Comfortable ride

Dislike:
Interior -dashboard (color looks weird). If it is not a full hybrid vehicle, probably i will choose H. Jazz Hybrid.
Audio player no bluetooth.

Once again Thank you timeonce for introducing a friendly SA.

Prius C is a hybrid car and please do not expect it will perform like an Initial D movie/comic vehicle (from my point of view, please don't flame me if i offended anyone reading this post).

I thought of changing the 2 din player outside accessories shop but worries about the handling and the warranty for the ori player.I like to have a LCD screen and bluetooth function but the toyota DVD-AVN player cost me a bomb(RM 2,990 even though it comes with rear camera). Any recomendations, guys?

Because of comparison between cars to suit our budget, that's why it makes the decision of getting a new car is very difficult. At one time before I decided on Prius C, I have other options like Honda Jazz Hybrid,Vios,Grand Livina,Preve and even Perodua Alza. After I test drove all these cars, I found out Prius C is more pratical for my daily drive.A friend of mine once told me,whatever car we choose also the same.We are all like paying rental fee to the bank throughout our lifetime. It is just that which rental fee we can afford. That's all.

Btw, my SA told me,I'll be getting my Prius C Pearl White on the 18th May.today I just signed the loan agreement with Public Bank.

I'm thinking of changing to another brand 2 din player.I like to watch movie when I'm driving or stuck in a jam but also worry after installing it will void the warranty and also worry the car electronic system goes kaput because of wrong wiring. My SA advice me,if i want to change to another player, better get the ones with wire socket(plug and play,no wire cutting). My question is,do i have stop the car and pull the handbrake then only I can watch movie? Can someone just enlighten me on this?

Just got my Prius C Pearl White on the 28th May.Superb car to drive around. In fact my previous car is a Myvi (2006).After 6 years driving got so many annoying sounds(fan sound, air cond compressor sound, etc....sigh).It is my first time driving a Toyota and I hope it will last longer than this P2 car.

Noise of course sure got mah but it is not noisy as what the Consumer Report says.Interior, personally I think Honda Jazz is nicer but that's not the point why I prefer Prius C.My experience with Prius C is a comfortable ride and silent ride.It is not underpower. It is hybrid.Swict off the eco mode probably you get more power.Every car has it's pros and cons, even BMW has it's own problem.I did quite a few research and a few nights of decision making before I decide to get this car.And finally my decision has won over Jazz Hybrid and Vios. One word to sum up about this car...Good vehicle at it's price range.

Actually Audio Player is not that bad as some forumers mentioned. All I can say is the sound is quite decent at least better than my previous Myvi.Hey, does anyone knows how to check my engine's temperature on my PC? Most cars got engine's radiator temp display at dashboard meter.
