Seriously hard to find a company which can give CONTRACTUAL bonus 1.5 mths and paid in monthly basis as cash advanced. Most of the company once you tender, you get nothing.Monthly salary

Every company also has their pro and con, depends which point of view you are from. You need the high pay money??? or you want to be politician to join the politics group??
