Seriously hard to find a company which can give CONTRACTUAL bonus 1.5 mths and paid in monthly basis as cash advanced. Most of the company once you tender, you get nothing.
Every company also has their pro and con, depends which point of view you are from. You need the high pay money??? or you want to be politician to join the politics group??

Try to stay away from the negative comment, then you will feeling good.

Sounds like lots of horrible reviews/experience by people, how about working from home policy? Does the Malaysia office allows that?

Please explain why there's TONNES for service desk who already been hired but still got probation ( even already work for 6 month).
I could only explain in service desk environment.
We have PIP for everything. Case logging..sucks? PIP
Tardiness ( We do not mess around with tardiness. This is a school, no tolerance)
Call quality sucks? PIP
MC also is a taboo here. If you frequently not feeling well, please dont apply here if you like to have probation extension till they find a replacement for you.

For anyone who are coming for interview, do prepare yourself as the person who will interview you, a man, is not from SD background hence the question might seems weird with you.
Do prepare yourself being uncomfortable as I must admit, they did provide a very big money but as what Spidey always said, "With great power comes great responsibility".

They pay high amount of cash for a reason. They are not looking for work life balance. This department is expanding with a witch on the helm. Hence she is trying to prove something to management. Maybe try to apply once everything cool down.

But anyway, think again. If you want money, then you know and you must abide to all their rule. It is simple. Nobody pay high and expect good work life balance thinggy.

I just got an offer at cochlear for Level 1 service desk analyst.
Does the working environment improved now ?
How is the working culture over there & also the workload.

Currently Susan Woon is in Ramsay Sime Darby Healthcare working as the CIO since mid-2018. Same style, same erratic behaviour as was described. High department staff turn over ever since she join. icon_question.gif
