my inside source tell me that the mgr not very good... she from logistics background, hired by Australia (Cochlear is Australia company) to run IT Operations... boleh ar u tell me?

Apparently, some employees in this company barely lasted 2 months. Beats me why that happens but I'm willing to bet that it ain't something good. And... Some insider news as well (yes... how very unfortunate that I have a friend working there. She's looking to leave as well )

from what i hear, even the 1st employee hired directly from Australia resign. apparently some politics in there. yes, the mgr is NOT the 1st employee.

Dude, so how's the company so far. Received an email to attend an interview for system admin position.

My friend said someone resigned after 3 weeks of working for this company. The manager has brought in her friend to assist her daily tasks. This woman is 100 times worse than the boss herself. She has been scrutinizing on small matters, such as "no tissues for staff", "keep the new tissue boxes in cabinet, otherwise the staff will steal them", "create trap to trap the poor cleaner until she got sacked!!" and many more!!! How can people work for this company?
I heard there are a lot more stories... maybe people from this company can reveal more??

If you guys do not mind to work with crazy women then join the company. Crazy woman has nothing to do. She asked her assistant to check the time in and time out report. If you step out from the company must inform or get permission. Ta pao for breakfast? ? No way! ! Long lunch? You will kena gao2. If you consistently spend times at pantry, you will be warned. Conclusion, she just want her staffs to sit in front of the computer from 9-5pm.

Can you imagine cleaner also received warning letter? The lady boss loves to give warning letter.
