Maybe she just needs some love. Staying at home with a puppy is the first sign of cat lady syndrome.

Anyone care to take a bullet for the team? brows.gif

Low EQ Queen of Micromanaging in KL branch as head. Be very careful. Talk to some reputable head hunters and they will strongly advise against joining. Unless your aim is to bend your head down and admit to mistakes (even though the mistake wasnt yours to begin with) and get your salary by working your heads off in (more often than not) wrong directions; Join at your own risk.

You are PL/SQL developer or Oracle Apps functional consultant?

I have 2 other companies who is hiring.

Let me know if you are interested.

But to answer your question, yes their Head might be difficult to handle as a superior.

They have shifted to Bangsar and they have increased the items in benefits.

*Cochlear is sister company of my client and my company ex-clients. =)
