I applied for the position and was closed to the offering stages. But I turn them down. Their working hours not suitable for me.

This level 1 service desk role is working for Australia time. Two shifts. Interviewed by VP and Head of HR from Australia.

I completed an online test of Inductive Reasoning & Occupational Personality Questionnaire. Time given only 25 minutes. It's on purpose to test you overall.

In order to fit in such environment, you have to be in right on time. Late even by 3 minutes is still late. Not much of room for flexibility.

I just finished my interview with them.Interviewed by VP and Head of HR from Australia too. The question is tough and weird for lvl 1 service desk ( even I am not working on that role but the pay is quite good from my current employer ).

Anyway, I dont see any flexibility. The working hour is 6-3 , 3-12 and they will add another shift 12-8 for West Hemisphere, follow the sun SD.

An example they asked is " What is the most difficult user issue you have encounter, how did you apply your analytic skill and your engagement to user?" .

Please take note that they would not accept if you provide a technical explanation. It need to be general and not following any particular issue ( even they asked what is the most difficult user).

Anyway, best of luck amigos. I turned this down too.

If you guys do not mind to work with crazy women then join the company. Crazy woman has nothing to do. She asked her assistant to check the time in and time out report. If you step out from the company must inform or get permission. Ta pao for breakfast? ? No way! ! Long lunch? You will kena gao2. If you consistently spend times at pantry,  you will be warned. Conclusion, she just want her staffs to sit in front of the computer from 9-5pm.

My friend said someone resigned after 3 weeks of working for this company. The manager has brought in her friend to assist her daily tasks. This woman is 100 times worse than the boss herself. She has been scrutinizing on small matters, such as "no tissues for staff", "keep the new tissue boxes in cabinet, otherwise the staff will steal them", "create trap to trap the poor cleaner until she got sacked!!" and many more!!! How can people work for this company?
I heard there are a lot more stories... maybe people from this company can reveal more??

After online assessment, they will call you again for final interview ( If you passed the test or the criteria they are looking for)
Then only they will offer ( They ask you to go through all this and then only discuss about your salary)

Why so desperate to join bro?

I'm not sure of the offer, I turn them down before they could proceed.

If you're a first timer, you could try to get the hang of it. Nevertheless, they are better roles with much room of learning and flexibility out there.

This is an Australian company, so expect to work harder as an Asian. I'm sure the benefits are pretty good. But in terms of career path in the company itself, that remains a question.
