Well, my current car is black in color. It's kinda fussy to take care of. That's the only reason why I didn't chose black. Hehe

I've tested the CFE variant yesterday.
2 complaints I have :

1) engine knocking/pinging is really audible when boost start to kick-in (turbo spooling)
2) when turning into a corner from stop, and you press the throttle, there's a vibration sound coming from the engine that can heard/feel from the dashboard.


for the 1st problem ; yesterday was a very hot day, when I tested the car, we had the a/c turned on all the time. The outside air temperature was hot and I think humidity was high also, but the engine should have not knock/ping like that. ECu should have retard the timing once knock is present. DOnt this CFE has a knock sensor ? why is it still knocking ? stale 92ron fuel ? Dont tell me you have to use RON97 to have full potential of the car...

SOunds like those Iswara teksi climbing hill with 4 gear on. Only difference was that
the Preve pinging is slightler of a lower volume, but still can be heard from inside the cabin.

If anyone testing the car, please observe the 2 symptoms? Was it the car that I drove ..makes me want to try test driving at other dealership


As for no2, the symtom is present at all high turning radius corners that I took. Was it the Gearbox ?


other than these 2 problems, the car is Superb. Paddle shift is epic fun. WOT and manual paddle to 4 from 6 is superb!!! (when the pinging is not present)

Due to hot and hard to take care of it, so no more interest in black car anymore, hehe....

if not mistaken current bookings already surpass 3000 units.
Since it was launched on a Monday night, people will only start to go showroom on weekends.
so after first weekend, the bookings quantity rise sharply compare to the weekdays after launch event.

My current car, Persona is black. Whenever it is dirty or a rainy season, I will feel regret not taking silver. But right after washing and detailing, Ill be really thankful I didnt take other colours. hehe
