For my case, it doesn't even have vcore setting. 
It has only mem voltage setting.
I think I am lucky to have a Gigabyte mobo with Intel mobo bios. 

same prob with my msi z77a-g43. very2 little vcore options.

Already updated last night.
F6 still don't give vcore setting.

I can do this also for Asus low cost boards (or any). 

Tried also BIOS for UD5H on my D3H (but must disable one Lan in BIOS).

The bios is successfully flashed. It's detected as Z77-D3H.
However the setting is not running in actual.
I set 1.3v in bios and load with OCCT but the CPU-Z still show default vcore.

Could your mobo run in different core voltage with the modified bios?

Yes, it seems Z77M-DSH doesn't have "Gigabyte 3D Power".
Bad Gigabyte. 

I find "Intel system" is cracking down "overclocking at budget category".
My office PC, Nehalem/i3-540@4.6GHz is running well with Gigabyte H55M-SV.
Intel started "K" in Sandy Bridge.
Now with IB, the Z77 budget mATX looks like a joke now. 

I think P8Z77M-Pro is not available in our market.
What we have is P8Z77M.

My Corsair H50 can't take it anymore.
If I were to run OCCT, I bet it can go up to 105c.

Besides, I don't feel comfortable with such high voltage.
I think it is the max it can go.

Added on May 19, 2012, 4:10 amJust to give you an idea how far i5-3570K can go.
4.8GHz generates alot of heat. You need pretty high voltage too. High end cooling is a must (i.e. customized water cooling)
4.7GHz is attainable for 24/7. You don't need watercooling. You just need a better HSF with good air ventilation in the casing.
4.6GHz @ 1.3v. Load temperature is about 80c. Both temperature and voltage fall into safe range for 24/7.
The sweetest spot is 4.5GHz @ 1.25v. Easy freebies at finger tip and very doable. Temperature under load will not exceed 75c.
4.3-4.4GHz, most pariah motherboards with NO vcore setting can hit that range. Load temperature does not exceed 70c.

My Bios set 1.365, but CPU-Z show 1.248.
So far 4.5Ghz @1.248(CPU-Z) stable @ 80c with H100

EDITED: Just googled it, well, so what i'm going to do now is lower the vcore in bios and set the LLC to maximum right?

what my exp told me is, u need to add 0.08-0.1v for the next multiplier. seriously IB is voltage suc|<er!!! 

My OS suffer from random program stop working error after OCed to 4.6Ghz. What cause this?

Insufficient Vcore will also cause program crashes? I thought it only cause BSOD.

guys, is 3770k that hot? i tried 10 round of linx @ 4.7GHz (1.32v), max temp around 9x'c... 

exactly bro... this makes me have d thought of offloadin d board + 3770k. get a decent low/midrange board, 3570k and decent sticks just to play w/ ram oc... tbh, i'm not really into high cpu clocks... 

point taken bro... actually i find more joy in tweakin ram rather than pushin max cpu clock as d latter usually spells more moolah involved (better coolin). ram tweakin on d other hand is more economical. not applicable for IB thou as sticks capable of high freq are not cheap, at least for now. i jumped at d wrong time i guess...
