I am using P8Z77M motherboard and I just wondering where is the setting for VCCIO? Is VCCSA related to VCCIO?
As for LinX and Prime95, LinX is what I should use to test the cooling limit and the max temp whereas Prime95 is to be used for Vcore testing.
Correct me if im wrong.
Thanks bro owikh for clearing my doubt. Now im trying to find the sweet spot for 4.1Ghz on stock fan. waiting for noctua nh d14 to come in.

P8Z77-M doesn't have VCCIO option. Afaik Asus combines it together with VCCSA like their old Z68 platform. I meant, who knows... As for LinX and Prime95, LinX is what I should use to test the cooling limit and the max temp whereas Prime95 is to be used for Vcore testing.

VCCSA is not VCCIO but it is related to IMC also, it may or may not help RAM OC. No harm to try upping it.
I don't own the RAM so can't really comment on its OCbility perhaps a google search will help you. It's about increasing vdimm, VCCIO, VCCSA, loosening timings etc.
Noctua is a great air performer so you won't go wrong with it.
