Cytus is a new music and rhythm game from Rayark. It’s well done, with fun mechanics, good songs (although that’s quite subjective), and nice visuals. All in all it’s a great game and a worthy addition to the collection of any music game fan.

Snuggle Truck is a very smooth game, which looks great and gives you loads of levels to play with. The game has a sense of humor which you can sense in the complete presentation of the game. The game is already more than a year old, but the gameplay still is rock solid. We definitely encourage you to get this game, you won’t regret it.

Fans of turn-based RPG’s? If you are, you may have noticed the genre could definitely use better representation in the Market. The first thing that stands out with this title are its gorgeous, high-definition “cartoony” graphics, that are a mixture of something like Battleheart and Castle Crashers.

This is a tilt based movement game, you’ll want to tilt left-to-right to gather coins. Coins allow you unlock new skills like double jump, wall grip, wall bounce, magnet, life slot and chicken flap. You’ll use these to traverse the different levels. Also these coins unlock different levels and Avatar skins.

BATTLE FOR WESNOTH

Attached Image Attached Image Attached Image Attached Image

Blogger's Comments

With all the rave surrounding the apple and now android game Great Little War Game, which is a turn based strategy game, I just couldn't understand how Wesnoth flew under the radar. Don't get me wrong, I played the game on the iphone when i had it, and GLWG was an OKAY game. It had nice 3D graphics, but i felt it lacked the maturity of other games that were in the market. Just as I was scratching my head wondering how the hell did people miss Wesnoth, a comment in Android playstore revealed everything. "I dont like the fact that i have to rate the game to get a standard grenadier unit. I Paid for this game. I shouldn't be forced to do things to get full functionality".

Ah i see, forced ratings and advertising.

Oh well, back to Wesnoth, Wesnoth is actually a ported PC game to both Android and the Apple system. It has insane depth and strategy, and makes games like GLWG childish and more attrition based in comparison. Wesnoth has an insane amount of unit types due to several factions, and each faction has several types of units. And i mean really distinct units, not mirror units with different graphics.

Terrain plays an important role in your strategy, like Elves are harder to hit in the forests while Cavalry get bonuses in the plains.

Your units can level up as they kill enemy units as well, and when they do they even have specific jobs that they can specialise in, each giving new abilities and attack strengths.

It has a great skirmish mode, exceptional AI, multiplayer, and wonderful campaign mode that will keep you entertained for days. The only con i can think of is the text can be a little small and hard to see on the handphone device, though it has no such issues on tablets.

In a nutshell :

SEVERAL FACTIONS

Each Faction has several DISTINCT units. NO MIRROR UNITS.

Each unit can level up, and have different job trees for u to choose and specialise.

Terrain plays an important strategic role and can win/lose you the game

Great AI

Great skirmish mode

Multiplayer

Great campaign with good storyline and script writing

A MUST HAVE FOR ALL turn based strategy fans.

Do yourself a favour and get this game. A wonderfully underrated strategy game

I hope the reviews can state clearly whether it is free or paid, in market or in game purchase, optional paid items and the difference between free and paid version.
No lousy ads. Of course. smile.gif

Avatar Fight!
Attached Image

This is one of those click-click games. You build up your character by buying items, pets, etc and wage battle against other players. One thing good and 'fair' about Avatar Fight is the fact that when you level up, stat points are assigned automatically and 'randomly'.

To add variety to game play, you can also conquer other players. you can impose tax on conquered players -- meaning you take a % of whatever gold they win. You win gold by winning fights.

There's an energy counter which once used up, you'll need to wait until it regenerates. You can also buy potions, etc that regenerates your energy level.

Besides conquering, there's also the Guild. You can create your own guild or join guilds. From the guild, one can again wage war against other guilds.

It's free to download and install. However, if you wanna get the best items, etc... Expect to fork out $.

This game is available for Android and IOS. So, you can beat the cr4p outta your apple buddies... Yes, the game shows an icon next to the opponents to indicate if they are on Android or IOS. smile.gif

But like most click-click game, it can get tiring/ boring after a while... Well, for me anyway...
