QUOTE(huzaifa136 @ Apr 19 2012, 04:00 PM) say that to someone who bought a proton as another car besides their other expensive car, just because proton's maintenance is cheaper, while also offer spacious cabin and boot + good handling ya, i heard some smart ppl got 5series+insipra, datsun 350Z + inspira, myvi+inspira. facepalm. QUOTE(lightning69 @ Apr 19 2012, 03:53 PM) Fact is fact. Proton is nothing but a low end car manufacturer that can sell to poor malaysian who have no choice because imported are make artificially expensive so proton can sell. thanks for the constructive support. Those ppl only come and read preve thread just for bashing. Get a life...

QUOTE(turbocharged @ Apr 19 2012, 03:55 PM) although you are emotional a little here, but you're not entirely off. if we let ppl choose Civic and preve. i wonder what will be the outcome. they are pretty much same price ( i guess) without the tax thingy. Finally someone make sense.

Without excise and sales tax (in LGK), Civic 1.8 costs RM 80k (OTR w insurance), while Civic 2.0 costs RM 83k (OTR w insurance).

Tested drive Preve, pretty good car and value for money. good handling - feel solid drive, love the feedback from the steering, not numb,
switch to S mode and try pedal shift can feel the acceleration even though a bit spoiled by CVT flatness, but since CVT is for comfort is just a trade off you have to choose .
The brake also very good, not too soft and not too hard, brake very well from 100 – 0.
Booked Fire Red today, hopefully can get before Raya
