Hi guys .. received the 1st progressive payment statement after GST implementation.

It seems GST has been included as part of the loan amount. Does it mean developer has "absorbed" the GST since this is commercial title?

Is there any developer unit still available? Please pm. Thanks.

Lets see if MCT manage this mall well when it's ready. The worrying part is not only for this mall but the oversupply of mall retail space in KV.

Will MCT manage all the retail units or sell them out to individuals? Coz that's one main factor that will determine whether Skypark Cyberjaya will be a success story or go down the drain!

Looks like on track for completion end 2017..

one of the next cbj icon.. how good if its located at the heart of cbj.. as of now this surrounding was a little low development.. hope people dont struggle for getting there.. and hopefully surrounding develop on par with this skypark.. or else people will say tower in the middle of nowhere..

anyway, this whole development really impressive...

Why no other new development around this area...i worry not enough residential to support this potential mall 🤔

coz i see this is a little out skirt.. same like The Place.. doesnt look merrier.. to wait for CCC to be fully operational.. i think it need quite some time.. hopefully this sky park will bring more crowd into this area.. and hoping it will be next favorite mall for cbj folks..

According to the plan..mrt station is right right opposite skypark (possible for intergrated).

So I think this area sure got many upcoming developments..
