I think the occupancy for residential is okay but not for the retail lots down there. It's like a dead place.

The one at USJ and Cyberjaya is developed by MCT. So yes it's related.

Cyberjaya is under Sepang District. And yes the shooting is at sky Park.

This should not affect. The potential relies very much on the capability of the management... So wf mct record, don't put too much hope unless they get good partners in to run the mall.
