so the many upcoming developments come before or after the mrt station? if before mrt station, i dont think so, because nothing had been done yet... if after mrt station.. how long will it take? mrt station coming in at least another 5 years.. then upcoming development another 5 years? then another 5 years to yet mature.. and delaying another 5 years... probably at least 20 years more.. i assume nia..

Could be 20 years, could be 3 years for the surrounding development..yes our assumption..but for me..as long as there is MRT station..its very good news already..

Mrt station -just get info from mrt , it will take estimate 6-7years to complete, cyberjaya station is near to skypark & lim kok weng university

dun put too high hope....
mct probably thinking a way to delay the completion to buy more time to find tenant, not to say good tenant
mct does not have good record in commercial.. see onecity

Agree on mct and commercial..one city is really bad...they need to ensure they get it right for SkyPark otherwise they can forget about building more mix development..people won't buy dy..

I think skypark cyberjaya are crucial, look at The Place cyberjaya.. it looks like abandon twin tower....

Even populated area like one city also unable to fume up.. how can you bet on skypark cyberjaya?

Yeah i also noticed for The Place although the Petronas and Subway is doing ok. I always thought not yet VP?
