Its safe to move all apps to external SD Card to gain more storage? Will it effect the phone performance?

uncle any recommended video player..since stunner stock player cant play avi..thinking to buy vplayer..

from xda first page...seems like under the new ics stunner from a rooted gb u dont have to flash abyss kernel..meaning i can just straight boot into recovery, wipe data (plus cache n dalvik) n flash???
