Here The distances between development site and cementery is worst than Connaught There atleast got around +-150ft gap between cementery and the low rise flat. No longer rest in peace for the deceased . Hope everything will be smooth during construction and after completed. If got mystery case happen next time , ask TVB 'Kwai tam' team to do documentary 😃

no worry lah, if the cheque bounce, the bank will penalty rm 100 or 200. i forgot how much, iam sure the developer or SA will call u to replace cheque. They so rich to sue sue? Jurisdiction in Malaysia took years.

Im issuing my cheque from my Full Flexi home loan current account. The rm5k still utilizing for me to offset the monthly interest on my home loan principle.

You can always cancel the cheque via internet banking. You would be fined RM10.
The developer cannot sue u since they were not supposed to collect booking fee from you before obtaining AP.

But the cheque is not to developer wo.

The deads can be re-buried elsewhere for fengshui reasons. But it is impossible to get the the families of ALL the deads to agree to move la. It will be no deal even if only one family refused for fengshui reasons.

If not mistaken, fengshui impacts of bury ground on the offsprings will only become nil 3 generations after the deads were buried. That means abt 90 years.
