The deads can be re-buried elsewhere for fengshui reasons. But it is impossible to get the the families of ALL the deads to agree to move la. It will be no deal even if only one family refused for fengshui reasons.

If not mistaken, fengshui impacts of bury ground on the offsprings will only become nil 3 generations after the deads were buried. That means abt 90 years.

Bank valuation for freehold industrial land in balakong industrial estate (bukit belimbing side) is RM130 ~ 150 psf now. Not sure psf price for residential land, could be higher.
