How are you going to sell it out when you decide to move house next time? 

If i am driving, i would prefer Balakong station...coz its mostly straight road all the  way. Thats my personal opinion though.

if i dint remember wrong,
-  average 30units per floor,
- 18floor above only 6 units per floor
- total units 550+-
- confirmed freehold

if later developer give crapy material... just burn their office down lo...
