hi, all takors, no update here for 2 days. haha, definitely will check if this service apartment will be part under HDA or not.
But quite delighted its offering full condo services.  |

I try to inquiry on the bank loan but cannot apply yet, bank ask me for a 'draft' S&P first wor..
I got check some googles, somebody say service apartment maintenance higher cause it's commercial etc? Not sure it's true for this condo..oops service apartment. |

Service apartment is always on commercial land, build on top of commercial building.. and strictly use only for resindential.. That is why serviced apartment in Malaysia is governed by HDA.For some SOHOs.. few developers managed to cover it under HDA.. Not for SOVO, SOFO, SOLO.. SOTO (emm yummy).. |

The carpark located at level 4 to 7? Pitty for the owner who park the car at higher level..
