Yes I think all unit got 10% ..

My unit 1124sqft, after discount it's rm305.9 per sf. It's at lvl10 so a bit pricey. It's not on the cemetery side. If I take lvl5, it would be like rm300 /sf.
Availability hmm, I saw left like 10+/- unit base on the "sticker" on the building diagram ~

Just called the SA. Building plan is ready.
They are getting bank panel arrangement now. So far they call up PBB,HL,OCBC,MBB to discuss.

Most probably by end of this month they will contact us to advice on loan arrangement&preparation.

AP approval by October they said.

Hoho need to prepare for loan liao.

I'm taking staff loan , I need the draft S&P to apply loan..Not sure when will be available.

Good idea ! I am OK on Monday & Tuesday since Raya holiday Else weekend..
