Pic 1 : Along the road , the site is all fence up. The site is all botak already.

Gym (for workout b. Swim pool (for swimming and see ppl swim c. Surau (prayers) d. Kindergarden (for your kids in the future?) e. Sauna (hot hot f. Hall (don't know for what purpose g. Cafeteria (for yamcha? Curious how much the maintenance fees would be huh.. ![]() Hmm, this is what I got for today..miss out the turn to the site, no place parking and many car pressuring me from behind tim .. so I can only snap while moving very slowly. Maybe go again middle next month to check any progress. |

No more lorry or human there~ aiks now I confused with condo and serviced apartment..what's the difference?
I think this concept just like Publika (have Shop lot and car park, then got residential link together). Publika is calle condo right? |

I try to inquiry on the bank loan but cannot apply yet, bank ask me for a 'draft' S&P first wor..
I got check some googles, somebody say service apartment maintenance higher cause it's commercial etc? Not sure it's true for this condo..oops service apartment. |

Just called the SA. Building plan is ready.
They are getting bank panel arrangement now. So far they call up PBB,HL,OCBC,MBB to discuss. Most probably by end of this month they will contact us to advice on loan arrangement&preparation. AP approval by October they said. |
