Inspiron 14R SE seems good best bang for buck..but i can't accessed that link.

How about getting a laptop?
Since laptop will give a more promising performance right?
For laptop of 14" with budget 3-4k , any good suggestion ?

Than for programming or 3D editing, is better to use laptop than ultrabook?
And does i5 sufficient for programming and 3D editing?
