why you fap so often? dont get addicted to it.

Like others said, dont do it before workout.

anyway IMO dont let body building affect your sex life, or in your case your fap life. Just do whatever you want.

Thanks man! Didn't expect it. I mean, I would have been happy with top five in a field of 14 competitors where I'm the youngest. It is truly a blessing. smile.gif

Your back double bi pose 1 day out was downright ridiculous, saw it on fb. I have yet to see the comp pics, but if you had the same conditioning or a better one, not surprised you're 2nd. Your legs weren't as conditioned in that pic though, i'm just commenting based on that one pic so what I say might not be completely spot on.

Thanks! smile.gif my back was the best among the lot. And so were my quads. They were the only ripped and veiny pair in my category. Too bad my abs weren't good enough. sad.gif Will upload the photos soon! smile.gif

Thanks bro. Mr Kuala Lumpur 2013. I'm already preparing for it already. Now that I'm THIS close to winning, I'm going all the way! I had loads of chocolate, fried stuff and even McD on Monday and Tuesday. But today, Wednesday, I'm already on a clean bulking diet. Aiming to compete between 75-80kg with a more RIPPED condition. Hoping to win the overalls too. Big ambition, I know, which is why I'm starting now.

Mmhmm. My quads wasn't the biggest in my category, but it was the most ripped with very obvious lines. It stood out, just like my back. Yup, it was tough. This year ALL categories had more contestants in them. This sport is growing! biggrin.gif
