That is not quantifiable. List everything that goes into your piehole including amounts.

my friend 1st time compete in Mr KL

train 7-8 years
all natural,no supplements(only whey) ,not even creatine or multivitamins
and he is only start taking whey this year cause his gym tauke sponsor him and ask him to represent his gym to compete

he able to eat clean almost 24/7 all year long,even his so-called cheat meal is so damn healthy doh.gif
and he train 2x per day

I'm not good at judging for bodybuilding competition but your friend is huge compared to another 4 guys.

I'm sure those weren't the only competitors, but judging from those alone, I'd say he should've placed better.

guys i wanna ask if i fap everyday will it affect my gain, i heard it lowers testosterone

i had searched it at the the international forum and alot of them said they fap once a day, or twice a day, or whenever they want.... due to most of them is white people or black people, they have higher test level then us naturally, so they have plenty of it to spare, but for us asian chinese, will it affect gain?

just dont fap before you workout

Lol! I see myself.

You guys are right. He was the thickest there. In fact, when I saw him weighing in and joining the same category as I am, I was like, "sh*t!". But after a closer look at the photos my friends took, it's apparent that he wasn't hard or ripped enough. His legs were especially thick, but soft.

Will upload photos from the event soon to share with you guys. smile.gif
