 my friend 1st time compete in Mr KL train 7-8 years all natural,no supplements(only whey) ,not even creatine or multivitamins and he is only start taking whey this year cause his gym tauke sponsor him and ask him to represent his gym to compete he able to eat clean almost 24/7 all year long,even his so-called cheat meal is so damn healthy and he train 2x per day This post has been edited by theCrab: Jun 17 2012, 09:20 PM

guys i wanna ask if i fap everyday will it affect my gain, i heard it lowers testosterone
i had searched it at the the international forum and alot of them said they fap once a day, or twice a day, or whenever they want.... due to most of them is white people or black people, they have higher test level then us naturally, so they have plenty of it to spare, but for us asian chinese, will it affect gain?
