I really have tummy fat now.
Am I over eat and not enough training ? Should I stop consuming weight gainer ? I workout 3 days/week. Eat around 2500 - 3000 calories/day. How could possible a skinny guy has tummy fat. I feel like gained bad fat instead of muscle. Btw, my today's abs workout routine. Planking 1 min as worm ups Sit ups 3 set x till failure. Bicycle 3 set x till failure. You will have abs but hidden under the fats. Tummy fats not going away by doing abs exercises. |

hmm i work out every saturday ( too less huh?
if i do it in the long run, will I be able to see some results? one more thing, if i inhale hard i can see my rib cage does it mean im too skinny? so i need to gain weight? |
