For muscle definition
Let's just say today is Biceps, Back and Abs day
8-10 reps, 4 sets per exercise
Do i do it Biceps, Back, Abs, Biceps, Back, Abs, Biceps, Back, Abs OR Biceps Biceps Biceps, Back Back Back, Abs Abs Abs?
Total exercise per session = 9
Thanks!

type 1
bicep,back abs
you will feel hard to do back once your bicep is fired up

type 2
back bicep abs is better
P/S newbie cant do this as their bicep is not well conditioned after it is being used at back workout, well, you try first, if you cant do bicep workout after back, then shift to back tricep

in the nutshell there is no right or wrong, just how you strategy and hit your muscle
*
I always to back, biceps and abs
Chest, triceps and shoulders smile.gif
What is the best advice you'd give me for muscle definition?

Right bicep lifts 10kgs, 10 reps. left bicep lifts 10kgs, 6rep
Left chest is bigger than right chest
My left shoulder is higher than my right shoulder hence, making my right hand longer my 1cm
this sucks ~_~

I have the same problem.  Is hard although i try to mentally control it.
*
Ahahah, having that problem too. Sometimes my left bicep, i cant even lift 10kgs 4reps. Regarding on the shoulder imbalanace since my left is higher than my right, should i work on my right? i have a feeling my right is lower cause i always transport heavy weights from one place to another with my right hand, my left hand completely useless

obviously your left bicep is weaker. why not train on 7.5kg dumbbell first? Im pretty sure your right can do like 15-20 reps for 7.5kg but can your left do the same? train your left first to cope with your right.
*
I shouldnt be training 10kgs right bicep 7.5kgs left bicep right? 7.5 on both right?

Lifting weights, lets just say 4 sets 10 reps, heavy to light OR light to heavy? smile.gif
Most of the bodybuilders at Celeb Fitness told me heavy to light for definition, light to heavy for size
Isit true?
Seems like they have been working out for a year plus already unsure.gif

*
never saw someone did the squat because they dont know i guess? Most bodybuilders does squats. 5kgs dumbell is a lil' to light. Either i'll do slow reps or i'll invest on new dumbells icon_rolleyes.gif

anythings close grips = width
wide grip = inner back

as mike said
v grip pull down
chin up
underhand pull down
pull-over

try them with different variations and hit them from different angle

keep your waist as small as possible too !
*
Dont think i'm able to do pullovers due to my lower back. My spine has problems. So basically for appearances i should to close grip? Even lat pulldown, i should do close grip too? I always do wide grip.

I can't do pullovers because of my shoulder. Pullovers shouldn't effect my shoulder right? It depends on your goal. If you want a wider lats, you should do close grip. If you want thickness, do wide grip. IMO, you should balance between these two grip so that your back will develop appropriately. Doesn't want you back to be wide but thin is it?
*
I find my shoulders pretty weak to be honest. I bench press last set 17.5kgs + 17.5kgs, i do squats last set 20kgs+20kgs. Shoulders? Last set dumbbell shoulder press 5kgs+5kgs. Hmm i think i'll focus more on close grip, since i have been doing wide grip for 3 months.

Anyways, how do you guys normally workout? Let's just say today is biceps, back and abs. Do you workout like #1 Bicep Exercise, #2 Bicep Exercise, #3 Bicep Exercise then #1 Back #2 Back #3 Back then #1 Abs #2 Abs #3 Abs OR in a circuit way, for example #1 Bicep #1 Back #1 Abs then #2 Bicep #2 Back #3 Abs and so on? Just curious smile.gif #1,2,3 states the type of exercises.

I've always wanted to do deadlifts. I'm having lower back problems. Usually spine should be something like an S shape. Unfortunately my lower back is straight, so pratically its something similar to a ? shape. Plus, my spine is curved, curved as in my left upper core is stronger, my right lower core is stronger, causing my spine to be 'pushed' into a minor S shape. I do lower back stretching everyday but back to the story, isit recommended to do deadlifts?
