Erm... I don't know if there is an easier way (I wasn't on ICS Stunner for very long. Perhaps some of the other guys can shed some light on it), but I always like to do a clean install which means that you have to start from scratch.

Is it normal that it took so long to boot up?I keep seeing the blue lights rotating around the blue Androind guy

yes.. if it stops rotating, you'll have to manually reboot.

But it doesnt It juz keeps rotating haha

Can Stunner 5.0 work with Go SMS Pro?

Then just be patience. My got stuck at first time. Then when I rebooted it keeps spinning for quite a while.

when you restore Go SMS Pro, does it restore the SMS as well?

It should auto detect when you open the stock music player.
It doesn't show anything?

Can I use AppExtractor to restore my SMS?

well,not all my song can be play in stock music player,
but some of it can be play on Winamp player.
so i guessed the stock music player not support all type of audio format

You're flashing to Stunner right? booting doesnt take that long, reboot to recovery and reboot from there. that's what i did.
