I still love my Note. HTC One X only have one advantage; it's Quad Core processor.

i've tried it with titanium backup before, but the problem is the thumbnail is gone. Also don't delete SMemo folder in sdcard as well.

why? Is deleted_wake_locks filling up the bar on betterbatterystats causing wakelocks?

Basically, there is a small flaw on the galaxy note in which a wakelock called GPS or sometimes deleted_wake_locks will cause unending wakelocks causing the Note to not go into deep sleep, if that is the case, the only solution available is to reboot your Note. There is no permanent fix and there is no evidence on what causes this wakelock. Some say that different models of router will have tendencies to cause such GPS or deleted_wake_locks.

I have encountered this wakelock 2-3 times a day. And some days, it doesn't occur at all. Weird as f**k.

ICS Note users, anyone encountering GPS wakelocks?

I think the router issue theory is somehow correct, because when i connect to my college connection, the delete_wake_locks occurs. But when i'm at home, it's mostly GPS wakelocks. Both these places have different routers.

unc benny, i need your suggestion on what web browser i should use, being a heavy web browser yourself, you must've tried a lot of browsers and have great experience on which is the best in the market.

hmm, so many ppl suggest boat, im gonna give it a try, i've been using dolphin hd, there are some web page dolphin can't fully support which is frustrating.

so friggin dangerous man, the box they use is very similar to original. but the Note is fake as hell, as the front camera appears on the left side instead of right and the back camera is positioned wrong as well. People should report if they come across these in the market.

dont forget to report if you got encounter GPS wakelock or not

do a nandroid on ur GB rom and check out icstuner if you dont like it, restore back.

yup, should take 3-5min max. restore takes 10min+ if i'm not mistaken.

i might try to flash to ICS Stunner too, what are the steps ah? I'm on substancer's LB1 stock rom + AbyssNote 4.2

hmm, i always thought that after rooting, all roms; GB or ICS, you just use CWM to flash to new rom, did'nt know have to touch mobile odin again. If official ICS come, do we also have to do the above steps in order to get ICS?
