QUOTE(izso @ Nov 9 2012, 07:04 AM) Haiya.. you're taking the word "surround" too literally. And you didn't read my comment properly la. I don't care about staging. if thats the case then whatever goes then Added on November 11, 2012, 3:50 amQUOTE(ezmeer94 @ Nov 9 2012, 07:20 AM) Because I love the sound of my headphone and iem so I'm trying to create similar sound signature in my car what izso talked was not about that though. in fact i was pretty much mentioning that it is quite difficult (not to mention expensive) to have hat "immersive" setup similar to headphones ps: i do have a pretty decent headphone setup This post has been edited by Quazacolt: Nov 11 2012, 03:51 AM

my ultimate dream in ICE is pretty 'SIMPLE'... if $$ no objection, just get a Lexus LS460 with Mark Levinson Reference Surround system... freaking 19 speakers man.....
"Designed exclusively for Lexus, the available Mark Levinson surround systems deliver an audiophile experience that more closely resembles a concert hall than an automobile. Each system is carefully designed using multiple speakers located strategically throughout the cabin ensuring that EVERY SEAT enjoys an optimum audio experience.
The Mark Levinson Reference Surround system available in the LS and LX models features a class-leading 19-speakers, 7.1-channel architecture, a 15-channel 450 watt amplifier (all channels driven, 20Hz-20kHz @ less than 0.1% THD) and a six-disc, in-dash DVD/CD player with DVD-Audio, Dolby® Digital and DTS® Digital Surround sound. Audiophiles will be thrilled with the low-distortion sound quality that envelops passengers in the harmonic richness and dynamic musicality of a live concert."

go for 12ga because it offers more cable length buffer http://www.audioholics.com/education/cable...ker-cable-gaugeif youre on a budget, id recommend 12ga twisted pair pure copper speaker cable from reliable local brand like fajar/mitti/ yogawa people regularly use them for studio/pro audio ~rm2.50/metre

yup, i just change front component, add amp, woofer + rca for amp to hu and power cable for amp..
speaker cables all running standard car cable.. asking cause i also use morel maximo.. worry if the cable will reduce the speaker performance..
opsie.. after thinking hard.. seem they install new cable from amp to passive crossover..
