Hi there, I am moving back to Ipoh from KL, but I called TM and they told me currently there's still no unifi coverage in my area.
Nothing I can do other than stick with the BB deal right? I really wonder if I could apply the 4mb BB deal in my house, because I heard before, that not every line could boost up to the level. I am so worry about that, as I don't want to apply the 1mb plan, I tried it before, and it's just not enough fast for me.

1.) My current 1mbps contract still have a couple of months left. If I upgrade to 4mbps now, I know the contract will be renewed, but is there any extra charges for the upgrade?

2.) For the upgrade, do I need technician come to my house, or is just update from their side?

3.) In this case, do I get new modem?  I remember I didn't get new modem when change from old package to the 1mbps bb deals

3.) yes. I'm using old modem from old package and I did get free cordless phone when upgrade to bb deal.
