3. Actually it is not counted from UniFi port (also known as Fibre Distribution Port - FDP). From FDP to your house (FTB), no matter how long it is, it's free of charge.
And the 15m standard installation is counted from FTB to BTU unit which I think is more than enough for a house. (my house only used 8m)
But then, the TM contractor will advises you on the length before they start the installation job. So as long as you don't request for NON-STANDARD installation, it will be fine
