Hi jovenne, just to ask your opinion as tm reseller. I called tm to upgrade my streamyx from 1 mbps to 4mbps. They asked me to wait for a week to change the speed. I keep waiting, after a week and 5 days the speed was still the same. I called the operator, and they said the technician didn't change the port. So, how long does it take to upgrade from 1mbps to 4mbps? I live in Pj. and lastly I cancelled to upgrade. But I want 4mbps !!! Why it took so long 

Is the 'FREE 1 month subscription fee promotion'  valid only for new unifi customer or existing customer who wants to upgrade streamyx to unifi?

if my home want upgrade  streamyx to 2mb or 4mb got what promotion?
my home  seen like still using rm88 per month 1mb

May i ask how long it takes for me to upgrade from Student Gradpack 4Mbps to Blockbuster Deal 4Mbps ?
And if i would like to upgrade to Blockbuster Deal 8Mbps, is it i have to pay the first month's bill of Blockbuster Deal 4Mbps before i can proceed to upgrade to Blockbuster Deal 8Mbps ?
And will there be any penalties for upgrading if under 1 year contract ?

I just upgraded from Gradpack 4M to BB Deal 4M this afternoon by using TM Online upgrade form.
Uhh .. Do i have to wait ? Can i directly upgrade to 8M ?

I think it's too late now. 
I did called TM this afternoon about upgrade to 8Mbps and confirmed my area is covered.
And the customer services said student pack can not upgrade to 8Mbps BB Deal.
So i filled up the form and submitted to have a upgrade to 4Mbps BB Deal.
By now, i think it's already upgraded to 4Mbps BB Deal.
Can you help me upgrade to 8Mbps ? Because i'm a bit lazy dealing with 100 again.

Because mytm page states that my 8M is active but TM havent call me to confirm about installation or anything

The maximum i can get in speedtest is only 4.43.
For your information, my last 4mbps package still manage to get 4.xx but why 8mbps still 4.xx ?
Is there any wiring requires ?

im using streamyx 384kbps...now im trying to upgrade to 4mbps...can i get the free cordless phone??

Contacted Jovenne and submitted form on Wednesday night, (11++), dozens of questions asked and replied in detail instantaneously, received call in the afternoon next day from a technician, got streamyx updated on Friday (the technicians were late for an hour though, but their efficiency was not bad) and dealed, everything fine.

What more can I ask for? Both thumbs up for you Jovenne, this is the fastest and most sincere service I have ever seen in Malaysia.   

may i know if it is possible to upgrade to student gradpack 4mbps if my home line is under my father's name?
