Every new project there will be certain speculators, certain reserve units, internally and externally. So I would say the game is far from being over and it's hard to gauge the success of a project in the middle of sales. We've already seen a few cases of those projects almost take forever to continue to sell those "remaining few units" (!).

Bigger developers can build and hold. Smaller developer projects need to cross the breakeven point. I wish them all the best.

i think the developer may think this project will sell like hot cake, therefore, when releasing the launch information also didn't bother to check the exact location....

Most of the developer/marketing people are map-idiots.
Their only objective is to confuse the hell out of all interested potential buyers.

How many launches we see are provided with good maps ? All the buyers will have to guess, estimate, deduce, interpolate, extrapolate, scratch the head, pull the teeth, bite the fingers, pray to god, imagine, fancy and finally dream about the location of the launch !

i am previous stayed in BK5, and i quiet like the place. Therefore, is interested in this project. Hope the launch price is not too excessive....but like at Duke residence..don't think can afford it..

the access road will need to pass by residential housing area based on google map...

But BK5 quite a good location, easy to access sunway pj, and KL/serdang..

my personal opinion is that if talking about the access, Duke Residence's location is better than Rimba, and somemore nearer to the propose LRT extension.

Hope this will make Rimba's launching price cheaper than Duke. But i think it would not happen....let's c.

I have a feeling that your "Duke Residence" is "Duet Residence" ..... But "Duet" is really a lousy name, "Duke" sounds better .....everyone staying there is a duke.
