the risk for Duke or Duet is the upcoming SKIP highway which might just beside the condo.. sorry, no confirmation yet

The vacant land opposite Sierra residency is Rimba residence site? The concept for Duet and Rimba about the same?

Most likely yes.
If the proposed link road which is able to connect to Wawasan 4 is materialised (just 500m away, need to clear away small hilly area), then I can say Rimba Residence is sitting on one of the best land in the entire Puchong, residence can reach future Setia Walk and IOI VIVO City at approximately shortest distance of 2km & 3km respectively.

If SP Setia develop this project then i m quite sure they will link to setia walk.

If IOI develop then it will link to IOI skypod and bandar puteri.

The link between Pusat Bandar Puchong and Puchong Jaya ( Persiaran Wawas joints to Serindit 1) was sponsored 50:50 by SPS and IOI.

In between Wawasan 4 and BK5B, there is another plot of land appro. 60 acres of hilly land which has been alienated (formerly under Ayer Hitam Forest Reserved).
The artist illustration greenery viewing could be temporary, once the 60 acres of land is developed, Rimba Residence will only has 25% bordering the natural forest. Of course I render anyone interested in this project must buy highest floor possible, the view is superb.
I hv been waiting for the link for 10 yrs, I dun see the developer need to spend a lot to open the road (the link is part of the 60 acres land).

UFO gor..agree the view will be spectacular.. seems this is a better than bet than Duet, due to the unknown Skip highway might be crossing just beside Duet and Duet sitting on commercial land. notworthy.gif

Wow, many types to choose from. Type C1 is great, not too big and with extra balcony in master bedroom and kitchen is partially hidden (not too open) thumbup.gif

I guess the smallest unit like 1103 sure gone one before they sell .... internally they will book first and later release just like KR2 now?

How many units of 1103 sqft available? ... looks like only 15 floor, 8 units per floor and 2 towers ...total 238 units. Assuming 1103 only 1 unit per floor, then total only about 30 units available....my count correct?

It will have little chances of opening as Wawasan 4 and apartment at PBP will oppose such move. Partition had been sent before.

However if tentera manage to start the mixed development project, the link maybe got chansi
