by looking at the name rimba they will do like foresta concept since the ayer hitam forest just beside?

Very unlikely as the development is just a hit-and-run one time one off development verses Foresta which has multiple phases to it. The scale of development in Foresta is much bigger.

My personal vested interest to all the development near ayer hitam forest is for them to finally join up with Pusat Bandar Puchong or Bandar Puteri. Just my dream lar.

This have same personality with Foresta which both located beside forest reserve... However, Foresta have more facilities for residents to enjoy more greens activities compared to Rimba...

However, quite interested to know this one as the location quite strategic as well...

I just compare their Rimba Residence ipropery gallery photo vs knox web site Sierra Residency II photo...looks same. From 19 storey total 238 unit apartment "upgrade" to 238 units condo. Selling point is the forest and location wo! They didn't mention much on the facilities. After finish reading their review, the things come to mind is 7-tier security + furnish unit+ every unit is corner unit + 4units per quadrant = KR2.

KR2 @ BK5 = Rimba Residence

possible one of the tier is u go bath or toilet shtting also accompany by security guard lol

2. The car park entry,
3. Lift lobby
4. Unit level entry.



7 tiers:
=====

My guess for 7 tier security:
1 - guard house + patroning
2 - car park
3 - lift lobby
4 - lift
5 - quadrant
6 - your unit
7 - CCTV

I think there will be a highway just beside this condo. So cannot expect forest view to last long.

If I am not mistaken Kidex is the northen portion of the highway, and Skip is the southern portion of the highway. They will merge at Kinrara BK6 area, not quite affecting BK5, right ?

I've went through the KNOX previous project seems like lot of negative comment... like Heron Residency.. And recently Zen Residence quite lot of complaints for the quality....

KR1 and KR 2 still under construction, but one thing Scott Garden quite success to boom the old klang road...

KNOX is just marketing team, developer or contractor? based on their website, seems like more to hired consultancy team...

but based on the TS posts..the Email is homeflairsdnbhd@yahoo.com - Home Flair Sdn Bhd.. i think is the developer of Sutera Maya also..

Then KNOX is nothing to do with the quality.. biggrin.gif

This KNOX we don't know for sure what's the responsibility on a development project, are they marketing/sales material, project management, design or what ?

The Heron case, from I know it's a case of 2 problems. One complaint is that conceptual design does not quite match what it turns out to be. This might be "over-design" on the marketing material. But the second complaint is low quality construction might not have anything to do with a marketing company.

If the map is correct, the condo is on the right handside of jalan kinrara 5, that's quite a distance away from the actual "rimba". A lot of other existing landed properties are much closer to the rimba. laugh.gif

Maybe this rimba is develop by Home Flair as well.. Knox is just management or consultant team...

Looks like the Sutera progress quite good...
