5% early bird discount, that will make it around RM450 psf or 570k for smallest unit.

it says the developer is the one building KR [beside z resident] oh..
so i thought is that developer
hmm.. not sure yet who's the developer oh ? any info ?
ya ya biggrin.gif progress not bad.. but duno the quality how.. need finish build liao oni know.. cus dun reli have the past record on condo that it build

lately developer reli trying their luck... all releasing dam expensive psf...
they tot we all high income earner...

Yea..the quality really unknown...But most important is to complete on time and get the CF... But i think they are doing internal work.. Cos hardly see many workers outside the building...

By the way, how much is the release unit for sutera maya?

Anything that is > 400 psf... on new development now.. i think its freakin expensive..

Sutera maya middle part they also havent work yet... the one linking both block... got carpark + swimming pool site..
ya also.. most important is complete on time and get CF.. at least they still got time.. if not too rush also will affect the quality..
i got mine one 32x psf [after discount]
before discount 34x psf
I think there is much more cheaper price... cus first time i heard it is <400k .. i bought tat time 460k
Internal sapu alot... they got 7% discount [saw from other thread] with cheaper price tat time..

Yeah true. Is just next to Giant. Far away from hill. Unless is way behind at next to Duta Kinrara or Kinrara Hill.

Agree. U can't get the fresh air from air hitam forest reserve. Wonder what they use the name of Rimba?

iproperty shows smallest unit is 1103sqft ler...so if 480/sqft then the price should be 530k before 5% discount...

after discount is 500k for 1103sqft...not too bad... wink.gif but wonder how many units of 1103 left once open for pre view? brows.gif

think will be another bbb if this is the price...

Every new project there will be certain speculators, certain reserve units, internally and externally. So I would say the game is far from being over and it's hard to gauge the success of a project in the middle of sales. We've already seen a few cases of those projects almost take forever to continue to sell those "remaining few units" (!).

Bigger developers can build and hold. Smaller developer projects need to cross the breakeven point. I wish them all the best. smile.gif
