Do this one good for investment ? my concern is about the high maintainance fees and also if 80% loan i dont know the rental can cover or not the installment

yes i agree thought of get a unit not to earn some money from rental but hope to cover the installment will do.
It for next generation i dont think they could afford to get a home in future

As for Duet, pricing is lower but sales also slower... they still struggling to sell the remaining at recent KLCC fair pass weekend
