if they name sierra residence 2 it will carry the previous mid low condo image of sierra residence? then developer cannot charge sky high price? that's why they name to rimba residence? if this is sierra residence 2 then i think the price shall be between KR2 and current sierra residence subsales market price....with no LRT....

I just compare their Rimba Residence ipropery gallery photo vs knox web site Sierra Residency II photo...looks same. From 19 storey total 238 unit apartment "upgrade" to 238 units condo. Selling point is the forest and location wo! They didn't mention much on the facilities. After finish reading their review, the things come to mind is 7-tier security + furnish unit+ every unit is corner unit + 4units per quadrant = KR2. KR2 @ BK5 = Rimba Residence

I guess the smallest unit like 1103 sure gone one before they sell .... internally they will book first and later release just like KR2 now?

later they may call successful business model copy and paste everywhere? KR @ balakong la....KR @ cyberjaya la....maybe same name for internal staff for booking....same qty of unit to let go due to loan reject....but at higher price.
