2.3k... or more tongue.gif
3M Crystalline 70 more expensive in KL ? The authorized dealer here quote me RM2100, discount RM200 become RM1900. Some more she said they have new tinting method which don't require to open the door panel.

The panel tinting shop for Hyundai in Penang quote me 2K discount 200 become RM1800 for their 6mil security tint (don't know what brand). But according to them door panel must be opened if wanna do security tint.

Was quoted 2.3k last time for the vios. So i guess it might be more expensive for a bigger sedan like the elantra?

You from Penang too ?

I booked mine at Sg.Pinang 3S. SA called them to come after test drive.

The panel shop is Dream Kool. 3M is Shine Guard.

If your car is white colour then black tint is the best.

V-Kool used to be good, but right now.. hmm.

actually.. it is still good la. alot of people comment without experiencing or using it. my mum just redid her car. to me, still the good ol' vkool smile.gif huper optic aint that bad as well and they have a cheaper variant. the only thing thats true is, it really does block gps reception. what you need to do is put ur gps outside then when it has connected with the satellite, you can put it back in your car again. reroute is still ok, just gonna take a few secs longer.

So 1.6Auto has Shiftronic? If yes, then +1 for Elantra.

Those who buy 1.8 should really start thinking about how to protect the rubber that seals the sunroof. As Malaysia weather + global warning is causing the sun ray to be burning, don't think the rubber will last long. Anyone any product to share to protect rubber fr sun?

How does it work actually? i read from wiki is like something + and - ? it works like paddle shifter right? just that the way you change gear is via the gear knob by pushing up + or down -.

When you in driving mode, shift the stick to left. Just push up to go up 1 gear or down for lower 1 gear. Simple.

that is correct, it works like paddle shifters, just it's incorporated with the current gear knob area.

+ increase gear
- decrease gear

but the ECU will auto increase your gear when you hit the red line if i'm not wrong (to protect your engine)

Wow, this is my 2nd sought after feature after engine and look&feel. Thought Elantra comes without semi automatic gear like paddle shifters.

OKAY. +2 for Elantra, my mind is shifting more towards Elantra now, gonna say goodbye to Forezeee if found more things to +1 for Elantra cool2.gif cool2.gif cool2.gif
