This is wat tempted me to buy the elantra after seeing all the on paper specs compared to altis/civic. But during actual testing, space, engine noise, width all tell different story. Shoulder to shoulder space is soooo tight compared to altis. Only the legroom is good, which is the same as civic and slyphy. So, I also dunno wat to decide now..

I don't think you understand much about Naza's purported CKD style. There's hardly any local content, the parts are shipped directly from SK as a CKD pack with most of the items already fixed/wired up, i.e, engine/tranny etc. There's no discernible difference in material quality between the first batch CBU and current "CKD". If there are any material changes they are made at SK and not here...

Actually, I would be happy if they did manufacture certain parts locally like headlamps, taillamps etc cos right now, the blardy headlamps cost RM900++ a piece, that's even more expensive than the Civic's.

Cause dealers has incentive when they hit certain volume but branch don't have this.
or so i was told by one of the SA from HQ. that is why they can't follow dealer's given freebies like tinting and discount.

hi guys! I tested the 1.6HS at the balakong branch yesterday and found that the car is a bit sluggish when goin uphill. Too many gadgets and features dont know how to use so cant comment on them. The SA said can give me free tint suncool 5 mill(I dont know what's 5 mill? or is it rating of the tint strength), full tank, smart tag, sand blasting of car number onto the windows and loan rate of 2.46% and also the sun shade at the top portion of the windscreen the one apply across the top part of the windscreen. That' all they give.

The only thing i got is emblem. Even fossil oso dun hv since i booked so early.

actually HQ and branch cant get discount one . even thier SA commission's also less than RM 800
we doing group buy direct deal with dealer(min 10 car). and already commit 10 car now just helping only .

Yes i did same thing on m3, altis, civic! haha.

My bro-in law driving altis 2.0, He actually do not recommend me a elantra but a Preve!

Oh god, he told me his frenz SA confirm with him the 1st batch is quality assured. Worth to buy.

However my deposit fully reserved for the baby sonata! so, i will book for the 2nd batch. Good luck to me.
