If you plan to replace the Dlink with Time Capsule, make sure it supports PPOE over vlan interface.
The easiest method is to use the wan port on the Time Capsule and connect it to the Dlink lan port.

QUOTE(prasys @ Apr 1 2012, 02:20 PM)
Time Capsule does not do VLAN tagging. So you need to use the D-link to do vlan untagging , then you may use your time machine to do it
*
That is what I thought too. That means I can't connect the time capsule on another LAN port of the BTU, but only via the D-link because of VLAN tagging.

Does anyone know which handles DHCP? The BTU or D-link? Currently I have my Aztech modem do DHCP and my time capsule in bridged mode.

That's normal. They already put notice in the middle of upgrading the service, but never thought it took that long.
It happen occasionally, sometime drive me nuts. For example, in the middle of a program (BBC Lifestyle) suddenly it rewind back 5 - 10 minutes earlier like a glitch.
*
Maybe they are delaying it to implement censorship. I've not seen t*ts on fashion tv lately.

That day when Perak option was available at P1 Fibre Coverage,Now they've took down states such as Perak, N9 and Melaka already.

The other places outside Tasek which already had coverage were:

1) Kedai Telekom in Ipoh Central
2) Kediaman MB

They really pulled fibre all the way to his house.

But why would he subscribe to P1 in the first place:lol:

Just wanna know either 1 place will have 1 type of BTU.. Like me and my neighbor both using lucent-alcatel..

Just wondering whether can change to huawei which have web based gui to play with.. Love if the BTU can split out iptv by itself.

since 66U is coming in...waiting for 56U to drop price tongue.gif
