Bro it shouldn't be a problem or effect yr connection. Only issue u will be facing is when u feel u want to move your BTU to another location nearby. The black fiber patch cord can be quite stiff. If u would have applied with me I would have helped you to fix the issue.

Maybe u can call up your agent to ask him rectify the issue which I'm doubtful he will help you. Anyway I could be wrong. Try your luck. If no resolution then ill help you. Will go the extra mile since you are a fellow forumer.

hi guys, just installed Unify biz5 today but why when test speed wth speedtest.net
got only



2nd times


1. is this speed normal ?
2. is there a way to set speed limit in coverage ?
for example in 5mtr got full speed, more than 5m got 20% speed only
btw im using free router D-link 615

seems like TM offer free 3 months fee for package upgrade, got 1 postcard come to my mailbox today,

so basically you pay for your old package for new faster speed for 1st 3 months...

thats rite.

The UniFi technician actually told me, the user account has been fixed to the assigned port, so using the UniFi account on another place will NOT work.
