I dont understand how big a problem that he highlighted? Does it justify fencing the area? Even worst is the works didnt take into account the natural state of the area ...they simply bulldoze the place ...I think these guys hardly know whats happening ...if it is done for horses even worst ....#$@#%@#% I really really cant accept it ...
It seems that reply was just some shadowy moves to deflect from the actual issue. Why would they use so much money and effort just to do what they are doing when nobody was complaining about kiara being invaded or trespassed. It seems that an official complain needs to be lodged officially so that they will not get away with such lame excuse. It is time to go ballistic and add pressure to DBKL. I guess the Segambut MP Lim Lip Eng needs to do something about this and also the users of Kiara will need to unite and seek redress of the issues with DBKL in the presence of journalist and public at large.

Why not? It is a 4X/FR frame. Just you can't be fast like the DH boys.
