Anyone who is renovating their 1019 units pls do share how the kitchen area is done. I find it challenging since the kitchen area is like an L shape. Where to put the fridge?

In my plan, i put the fridge on the wall near the entrance. We decide to close the window, and place the cooking stoves there, and place the fridge beside it. My unit is 1209

Thanks for sharing but the layout seems a bit different from your picture. I thought the yard area is at the same wall as the foyer.

I don't have the drawing made by the designer, we discussed it there and the only feasible option is to do as I've mentioned. At first we plan to put it right beside the yard door, but after that we've figure that might as well closing the window as we dont think we would need it nor use it.

The kitchen part is surely a hassle due to the sizing and the location of the yards door. But thats what we can only assume based on the plan. Until we see it with our own eye this is all based on the demo house and the unit plan.

Ic. No wonder it looked different.

Any 1019 unit owners care to share their renovation plans for their units?

if you buy the slim fridge you can put it next to the current sink. it can fit (based on my measurement).

Noted on that but would prefer the fridge to be somewhere else as I plan to have the kitchen cabinet there. Will probably change the single sink to double.

Just got my letter 2 days ago. How long does it take for the bank to expedite the full balance of payment to the developer ? I should have done it earlier before I got the letter -- we know the letter are coming anytime anyway.

Do any of you have any advice on what to look on during the inspection like the defect, plumbing stuff etc.

Looks like a good idea. I wonder how much would that cost. Was hoping to make a small bar to partition the kitchen and dining area.

Just want to share my kit cab layout of 1209 unit.
But the cooking stove location need to be moved to the wall adjacent to toilet. Swap the fridge to sink side.
All this die the fact that the yard door occupied suppose-to-be kit cab space. Only 450mm available and thus cannot fit in hob.

Got a quotation around 10k, for this, inclusive of hob, hood, sink and tap.

My plan are more or less the same as yours. I have the stove to be right on the window area, and sink is at the same place as yours. Fridge are also at the same rows as the stove, albeit at the most left (if the yard is on your right).

I'm going for the inspection and hopefully key collection this coming Monday. I heard about the water disruption, but, I thought that has been fix. I guess I'll get to know about it for sure this Monday then.
