How much is the sub sale price for 1209 sf unit? How is the outlook for this project good or not?

issue on this is:-

1. money (how much need to transfer... etc.)
2. time (how long transfer)

btw my bumi lot 1019 sqft is up for sale. high level. no agents only direct buyer.

The water issue aren't yet settle. George told us there seems to be a technical problem with Syabas the caused the water problem. It might take a while to rectify it.

So how lah? Cannot move in or rent out for those who got key? Btw, who is George and any indication on the availability of water? How could a developer deliver VP without water? Ridiculous!!

It seems to me they initially thought the whole deal for the water is fine so I guess they started the delivering of VP. But then the "technical" issue appear and so water still not yet available. I'm not sure what is his role in MKH but he has been our contact person ever since we bought the unit.

I saw some Syabas people at the condo there last saturday rectifying some pipe issues. Maybe their working on it.

in this case, unit is complete (albeit pretty good workmanship i must say) ..
but alas, no water!

can't even use the toilet dei!

Yeah I also don't really understand how can this thing happened. I'd be pissed off if I've already gotten the keys and no water to do anything. But if I get they key now I'd be more than happy so i can start my reno. This prolonged delay is getting annoying.

How come some units got water supply? I saw some units already done their plaster ceiling.
