Anyway im still stumped how to do my kitchen cabinet at my house... hoping for some idea input ffrom you guys.

my unit is 1019 sqft and they proposed an open kitchen concept. not particularly keen on it due to fear it'll make furniture and clothes smell after cooking...

doing it for renting out though...

I'm facing the same problem as you as the L shape angle (the wall with windows) is taking away lots of space from the kitchen. Up to now I'm still not sure where to put the fridge. My only guess is to put it against the wall opposite the 2nd bedroom.

Yeah now that i saw the unit myself, we might need to tinker around with our design.

And if you want to install grill in front of your main door, they say you can contact the management they will provide you with set of designs you can choose but not sure how much you have to pay or if its included.

you can get your own contractor to do it ..
but they need to abide by the design !

Sorry to hear your predicament wan d7. Hope it'll get rectified soon.

Any chance that you were able to get a photo of your kitchen space? Yours is 1209 sqft right?

This is the only photos showing the kitchen. We really need to rethink our design for the kitchen it's totally different from what we expected.

Wow. Positioning of the window at the sink area is awkward. Design may be a bit challenging.

Maybe they thought that people prefer to wash their dishes while watching their neighbors washing too. (True story, I saw few level below me an uncle washing something)

I think we might also change the door to the yard. It felt like a junk and makes the whole unit look like a cheap flat.

Yeah, I really hate the kitchen design. Do share some ideas on how to renovate it. I saw someone shared their 3D sketching few pages back.

Sadly I didn't took any photo of the toilet. I'll do that in my next visit. The toilet is okay, the wc looks fine too. Some finishing still rough but overall was fine

Do you plan to knock down the wall between kitchen and yard? I am thinking to expand the kitchen and put the floor at same level. What do you think? blink.gif
