Her unit is available in the lelong market now.
Unit number B-7-6.
Well not sure what is the current unit condition like. Already resolved? Who knows.

The owner facebook page is still active, all the video she post before is still available to see. The condition is very terrible, video is from 2021 Jan until latest update 2021 September. mega_shok.gif dont think all the issued solved within 1 year time. puke.gif water leaking is the main problem and cause whole building marinade with sewage smells + fungi problem + a lot of problem.

strongly recommend site visit (unit itself, car park, garbage room, facilities toilet, and etc before enter to auction bidding. good luck for bidder bye.gif

So gross. Almost threw up in my mouth when I saw. As of July 2021, looks like they still had this najis meletup issues. F la I’d really really stay away from this one.

Wonder if anyone is even living there.

Tanya's auction unit sold. Finally she was free from nightmare with this property. Good lucky to new owner to cleaning the mess. If not, tanya can recovery a bit from bleeding.

If your entire unit is flooded by sewerage water, does the smell still stay there or seep below the floorboards?

Wouldn’t touch these units with a 10 foot pole knowing how much maintenance they will need going forward.

If ready settled the mess, then should be OK. Surprised plaster ceiling is made. Auction Property problem only new owner know the sweet and sour. Picture everthing still can be edit, story still can be crafted. Good to new winner.

Just curious how was the problem solve? By developer? By jmb (owner)?

I’m sure the developer fixed the sewerage problem a few years ago. Who would live in a place with faeces smell for a few years?
