Owner of block A here, 1209 sqft. Non-bumi unit. Want to rent out. Anyone interested, please pm me.
Pertaining to water supply matter, I notice this when collected keys 2 weeks ago. But look at the clause with manner to DVP, the developer is only obliged to get building ready for connection. Not necessary with water supply. But, if we can prove that it is not SYABAS fault when failed to install meter/ supply water to the property, I would then suggest to deny DVP and claim late delivery interest. Also complain to PAM for misconduct by signing architect, who certify for CCC.
Besides, I was disappointed to note that the lift, both to the apartment and to car park, is not usable yet. I will visit again to find out if it persist.
