just a curious question, what kind of stretching that u guys normally do before a Full marathon or half marathon?.. just stretch suka-suka or does target certain muscle group (like the calf, hamstring, buttock)?..  for myself, normally just to longgar the calf..so mostly just the 'touch the toe tip while standing' and the 'groin stretch'..

how come the penang bridge international marathon is still showing the 2011's date at the banner?..  this is misleading as some may make flight bookings based on the wrong date if not careful bout the years..
