Yup for own stay,since now I got spare time I do some light reno,mainly is the ground floor tiles I'm changing

guess we're all along the same road.. i'm opposite row.. park area

i won't be changing any tiles or carry out any heavy renovation works.. just do some fixtures and fittings, lightings will do..

Do you think the living hall area is quite small since it's separated by a room in the middle? Or massive reno is going to be carried out in order to overcome this constraint?

Yes the living room is small.. The dining area is much bigger.. The living room is more like a family area.. And master bath doesn't have his & her wash basins.. Only singly wash basin

main thing i think is the drying area, need to ask management how we can do like a awning or some sort , cuz i think is abit small haha

those who are advertising 1.2m are just fishing for potential buyers to call them.

for example, some agents are advertising the same sold unit at 1.3m, but the owner actually not willing to go anything lower than 1.38m.. but agents still advertise at 1.3m, just to fish for buyers..

don't simply trust what the agents are advertising..

btw, MRT line 2 (sg buloh - serdang - putrajaya) includes a sg besi stop.. somewhere near the existing star lrt stop.. construction slated to begin in june 2016, expected completion by 2022

another boon for lake fields!
